Spring break

Great location close to beach access. We have stayed on same street before and it was a tad more busy at night with younger crowds making noise. Kitchen has everything and pool is fantastic. Furniture and wear on house has evidence of high traffic but didn’t disrupt our stay. Overall great spot and terrific amenities.

What a great property. Everything you can think of and more. An extra fridge in garage and an elevator!!! Great outdoor space for playing and relaxing. We had 16 people, and made it work. Pool was perfect… Beach supplies were perfect… Location to the beach not too far… peekaboo view of the ocean in several directions from the third floor, primary bedroom balcony!! Lots of great things to see, do and eat. The management company couldn’t have been better. All in all, such a great vacation, vacation house, together time and fantastic memories.

There was a temporary issue with the A/C unit that cools the first floor. The property manager was very diligent in providing a temporary solution for us while the unit was repaired.The property itself is well kept and clean.

The house was wonderful!

One of the greatest aspects of our stay at your property was the quick attention paid and communication. You are all so friendly. The house was wonderful. A couple of suggestions-instructions regarding the hot tub were not very clear. Never did get it to bubble. . All the remotes are great, but some a little confusing. These are all very minor. Elevator was a Godsend. The space was perfect for our family We would certainly work through Sea Breeze again. Would love to see what other rentals are available. Next time maybe a little smaller. Thank you again for being a part of our wonderful celebration of our 50 years together!

Spacious & Pretty

This home was very nice. We purposely chose this home because of the larger rectangle swimming pool and the game room. It was a short walk to beach and we did find a nicer path than the one at the end of Gladiolus. I do wish the garage door opener worked so we could enter thru there when we came back from beach. One of us always had to go.up to the front door and go back down to unlock and open.We were very pleased with how set the kitchen was. Tons of plates and bowls. Really the only thing we couldn't find was a vegetable peeler.The ice maker was very tempermental and there wasnt any ice trays.The dishwasher, you always had to use high temp water or rough mode. Dishes didnt always come clean and we had good tabs. So you will have to check dishes etc.Water pressure wasnt always great.Overall, this is a great place to take a large family or a large group of friends.The area is All residential though but we liked that. Its a thumbs up property
