I stayed here for one night. I was in room 523 and the view was one of the nicest parts of the stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable given the state of the room. The lobby at this hotel is BEAUTIFUL, they just need to desparately renovate the rooms as well. The room was a bit run down, the mini fridge was pretty beaten up, as was most of the furniture. The bed was sloppily made. There was an awkward gap in the room. After looking at the wall, I noticed this room was probably a double room, and they switched it to a king room. They also crammed the bed and the nightstands together. The toilet and the shower shared a space near the room door. The sink was just on the other side of the toilet/shower room. This room had a tub. Plenty of hot water. The walls ARE THIN. Thankfully the bachelorette party that was next to me hated their room, and luckily management moved them to a "better, nicer, updated room" so I didn't have to listen to their conversations. I could literally hear every word. I had to keep the fan on in the room to drown out the noise from the halls. For the price, I would much prefer to stay at Weber's...their rooms are much nicer. For a Marriott....this hotel did not live up to expectations.

It was strange that for U of M grad weekend they only offered free coffee after 9 and on other days not at all Our room was strange: the bathroom had handicap rails and sink but a regular bath. We did not request a handicap room. The windows did not open even a crack! A few things in room were in disrepair: nightlights, remote control, hairdryer . Our room was not cleaned until 5 on one of the days Lastly, even though I am a Marriot member I was not offered access to concierge floor

All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our stay was a wonderful experience.

I was impressed by how beautiful and well maintained this hotel was. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The gentleman that helped me at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate my needs and that made me feel appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for sure!

it was ok I have stayed at better hotel around the country

Staff was very nice. My view in my room was over an outdoor wedding that was happening when I was in my room and it was beautiful and fun for my boyfriend and I to watch. Everything was clean and quiet. We ordered room service and it was good but the staff forgot some items and had to come up a few times and it was super pricy. Overall great stay!

It was very nice quiet and clean. Your surrounded by strip malls and restraunts. Also, the golf course paths make good walking trails. They have plenty of nature to enjoy. They have restraunts and bars on the grounds. It was pleasant.

This was a last minute hotel pick and what a nice surprise. We plan to return with golf clubs and swimsuits!! We were honored with room 355! Yes, there is a room 355 even though all the signs only show rooms to 336! It was a fun story to share with friends and family!!

Fantatic room, staff pool & food The golf course was great

Typical marriot- nice building, rooms etc. However this was a business trip and limited menu when arriving late plus wifi that didn't work made it quite problematic.

fine

The Ypislanti Marriott is a beautiful property that has been recently renovated. Rooms are very spacious with relaxing decor. Was fortunate to get an "Elite" room that is more spacious and had a king bed with sofa sleeper. Perfectly accommodated my family. Food service great in all outlets, even room service. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I liked a lot. My two children enjoyed the pool although the chlorine was too strong.

The most comfortable beds of any hotel we've stayed.
