The room was modern and clean. Check in was efficient. The hotel decided to conduct a new years eve party near the pool which faces all the rooms and subjected every guest to music at levels that exceeded the television volumes (and we were on the 4th floor). This was not noted at booking or conveyed the 2 weeks prior to check in, only during the check in procedure. During check out (after room inspection), there was an attempt to get me to sign an additional form consenting to additional chargebacks. I declined and there was some reservation on the part of the front desk personnel but I exited without further drama. Decent hotel, but issues with policies.

Nice and safe Hotel

Hotel is small but clean and accessible to the local downtown area. Staff was friendly and quit helpful. The staff are like a smakk famly everyone chips in to help the guest, even the security staff. I felt safe and the Hotel resturant is nice

The walls are soo thin you can sing along with the karaoke all night. During day there is drilling at the pool so you can't use the facilities not the room (since it's too loud). The aircons leak water. The toilet is made out of glas with a sensor so you don't get privacy and you wake up your partner. Also they don't accept amex.
