Everything was great for our extended family. Julia was very accommodating to our needs. A few things in the home were not as planned but she was quick to offer alternatives. The check out instructions were very explicit which I’m not used to but at least we were clear on the expectations. Would suggest renting again.

Spring break family trip

Overall the house was very nice. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was great close to everything. Had a couple of small issues come up that were handled promptly. Communication with the owner and manager was really good. The only complaint we had was the master bed. It was BRUTAL. Extremely uncomfortable. Which was surprising because the rest of the beds in the house were pretty comfortable. It probably has just worn down over time. I would stay at this house again and also recommend it. I just hope the master bed has been replaced before my next stay.

Amazing home with stunning views

Amazing home! This home is perfect for multi family stays. Beautiful decor, warm and inviting with a New Mexico vibe. Great hot tub room with a gorgeous view. Kitchen is a cooks dream with abundant space. Super close to town and skiing. Dinner at the Country Club was delicious.I highly recommend this home!

Great Views!

The views of this house are amazing! The kitchen set up was great. The grill did not light or heat evenly and you'll want to bring oil for the pans. The living areas were fantastic for our group of 3 families traveling with kids. The kids enjoyed the bunk room with ping pong and fooseball.We had some complications with the unit being ready but Julia, the owner, made sure we werw taken care of. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for a large family or group of families. Highly recommended!

Fantastic family stay

Julia was an awesome host, promptly responded to all of our needs we couldn’t have asked for a better host . This home was perfect for my whole family , our kids and grandkids. Perfect for our game nights and room for everyone. The kids loved watching the Deer and playing in the snow. Hiked behind the house. Close to slopes and town . We will definitely will be back .

Great Family Trip!

Thank you so very much Julia for letting our enormous family stay in your beautiful home! It was the perfect fit for us. The kitchen was outstanding for our big meals and the upstairs/downstairs setup was perfect for sending the kids downstairs while the parents were able to hang out up. The view is unbeatable! We will definitely be back!

Elder Family Christmas 2023

We had an awesome stay at this property. It met all our expectations. The house is very roomy and had plenty of space for our 5 adults and 6 kids. The kids enjoyed sledding right out back of the house. Great location, really close to town and the ski resort. Would definitely recommend. Julia the host was great to deal with. The grandkids were not wanting to leave. Save us a spot for 2024 Julia.

Last minute family trip

Wonderful property with breathtaking views. Two families fit very comfortably. Easy access to Taos, Red River, Eagles nest, and even Santa Fe in the summer for day trips. Excellent internet for "work from home".

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful house - fantastic location. Super close to the ski resort. The location is so pretty, I want to come back in the summer and enjoy the deck, do some bird watching, and go for a hike in the woods.

Great experience

Great place to stay! The views are amazing!! Plenty of room for lots of families and the bunk room is a great space for the kids to hang! The owners were amazing to work with, easy to communicate with and we’re very flexible with us!

Great house, great views, perfect location !

Our multigenerational family stayed here and loved it . We have 6 adults and 4 toddlers 3 and under and it was perfect. The house is spacious, and very clean. The views are as described, house is exactly as pictured. Julia responds quickly to questions. We will be back next February if not before.

What a perfect escape!

Thank you Julia and Chris for sharing this special place with us. We were looking for somewhere to sneak away from Dallas for a bit and this was truly wonderful. Everything was spotless, the unobstructed view out of the back was spectacular and the responsiveness to all of our questions was so helpful. We have two small kiddos and it was so fun to see them run around with all the space in and out. We had plenty of room to add another family! Save us a spot ... we'll be back next year :)
