Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sind leider viele Treppen sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich. Der Pool leider zum Schwimmen nicht so richtig geeignet, da teilweise zu flach. Das zweite Badezimmer mit einer Dusche in der Badewanne, das fanden wir bei solch einer wertigen Unterkunft etwas verwunderlich. Leider auch Baulärm , da am Berg immer noch eifrig gebaut wird.

100% recommend staying here! The views are absolutely breath taking. The pool, the patio, the balconies all perfection! The entire house was extremely clean. We were given more than enough towels and even toiletries for the entire stay. Our host even supplied us with started groceries and plenty of espresso. We were blown away by everything this house had to offer. The location can't be beat. A 6 minute drive to the port town below that offered countless delicious restaurants and shopping. We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely book again next time we are in Mallorca!

Spectacular home!

We loved this house from the moment we walked in. The architecture and decor are absolutely beautiful and clean. Every amenity was provided, including food when we arrived after a long trip and a basket full of toiletry items in case we forgot anything. The communication with the owner and property manager was perfect - always timely and full of helpful suggestions. Of all the places we've stayed worldwide over the past ten years, this one is our clear favorite. In addition to the home itself, the location is terrific for its proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and hikes. We took one wonderful hike that started on foot in the neighborshood. Overall, a perfect place!

Sehr gepflegte Villa mit traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Port d‘Andratx sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, man fährt vom Hafen ca. 8-10 Minuten einen steilen Berg hinauf. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen beheizten Salzwasserpool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben es an nichts fehlen lassen. Check-in und Check-out Prozess schnell und gut organisiert. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unseren Kindern.

Villa with a touch of elegance

From booking to checking out the process was second to none, dealing with the property manager was a pleasure, we arrived at 0100hrs and the hospitality was the best we have experienced. The decor and character of the villa was exceptional. The area was quiet and the views were amazing overlooking the bay. We were recommended restaurants by the property manager and they were spot on! We took a taxi down in the evenings which was €6, you could walk down but I wouldn’t recommend walking back up. The villa is more than well equipped in eating in, plenty of dinning areas inside and out whilst looking over the bay. Bedrooms very spacious and loads of wardrobe space. Thanks Ralph, Lobke and Claudia See you next year!

Spectacular!

Ten out of ten. This villa is worthy of more than a five star rating. It truly is an incredible place to stay. From the moment we arrived we could see that it was situated in the best position of the resort, offering total privacy and spectacular views of the port below. Only a four minute drive down to some fabulous restaurants and shops or if you’re feeling a little fitter, a 35 minute walk down the hill takes you straight into the port. The standard of accommodation was exceptional and it far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in different villas in the past near to this area , all within the same price range, so our expectations were high. This one didn’t disappoint, in fact compared with the others, this one blew us away! Everything was superior and of a high quality. The villa felt like a home and not a holiday rental, every thing we needed was there and catered for. Nothing was too much trouble, Claudia our hostess was already there upon our arrival, she gave us a tour of the villa and explained how things worked. After a freak storm we contacted her about getting the pool cleaned, however, she was already onto it and had arranged for Marcelo the pool cleaning guy to attend the very same day. He was the nicest person you could meet, nothing was too much trouble and he insisted that we contact him without any hesitation should we need him again. We chose this villa as we are looking to buy and have been staying in different resorts whilst we get a feel for what we want and which area we prefer. This one has spoilt us, we will definitely be staying here again, in fact, if it came on the market we’d be highly tempted to buy it. It’s perfect in every way. We highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed!
