With 3 bedrooms including your private master suite with a king bed and 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also features 3 bathrooms. a 5 minute walk to lively Andover Downtown. Less than 1 Mile from Phillips Academy or Merrimack College for family visits. Fully Furnished with every appliance needed. Enjoy watching a game on one of the 3 LED TV's, including a brand new 85" Television or relax in the back patio with a fire Table and Brand New Weber Grille. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Room for the kids to unwind in the finished basement or make it a home office. Xfinity Cable and Wifi included and use of single car garage on request.
