"Got room 1.5hr after check in time.
We reserved 3 rooms all same type but one of them was lower category. We had to take that room for 1 night. But we requested a change and hotel gave us a higher end for the rest of our stay. Question is: why they did not give the same 3 rooms from the beginning. What's the purpose of paying to reserve the rooms if the hotel won't honor the request. Maybe they thought people won't complaint and just keep quiet.
That's a very low tactic if they do that on purpose. Hope they stop doing that.
Therefore I don't think I can recommend them.
