Raspberry Retreat - Recently remodeled apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Recently remodeled apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Campbell Creek greenbelt trails are one block away for runners and cyclists. Private entrance with covered walkway and parking just a few steps away. Accessible by individualized door code provided a few days before check-in. Private deck includes gas grill, fire pit, and firewood.

The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with washer & dryer. Beds both have hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers. Wifi of course included, and 75" TV comes with most streaming accounts. Living room has a full-size foldout sofa for additional guests. Bathroom has luxurious soaker tub alongside a full tile shower.

Kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare your fresh-caught salmon or halibut. Please remember- clean your fish at the river, and not back at the kitchen! Drip coffee and Keurig coffee makers available.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Full kitchen with all necessities for cooking. Had items needed for bathroom essentials, plenty of towels, and even bear spray for my hike. The pull out bed needs to be fixed and the mattress in the pull out was pretty stained

From the time we checked into the time we checked out. All accommodations were more than explained. The cleanness of the housing was excellent and some basic items were provided. If we wanted to cook TV and Internet were more than sufficient for our time and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay at this residence.

Perfect Anchorage Getaway

This property is perfect located in the middle of anchorage. Just a short drive to any of the stops you need to make, then you come "home" and enjoy a nice hot deep tub bath to end the day. The property manager is very responsive and overall this was an amazing stay! 10/10would stay again.

Two night home base for looking around Anchorage

Two adults and an 11 year old stayed here upon arriving from Central Time Zone. We arrived late in the evening and the hosts had the hide-a-bed made out for us so we could fall in bed immediately upon arrival, which was very appreciated. The master bedroom had great black-out curtains. The blinds in the living room where the hide-a-bed is did not do a great job keeping out light, so the 11 y/o used a mask. The kitchen was well stocked but we didn't use it to do any cooking. There were snacks for us as well which were appreciated. We were pleased with the apartment and recommend staying here!

The location is quiet and convenient to restaurants and grocery. This was a great way to wrap up our week in Alaska. Nearby Campbell Creek was a nice walk and great place for a picnic. Unit was very clean and well stocked.
