Hot tub was very cold! Asked staff to turn up heat and said can’t do. Restaurant at hotel was amazing!!!! Got the three meat on a hot plate and they didn’t have chicken so got more duck and beef was out of this world! Hotel was clean and nice, close by to a small grocery store

Friendly village hotel and restaurant in a delightful sub-alpine area. Very helpful staff, standard fairly basic but comfortable. Intermittent WiFi due to mountainous location.

Rather dissappointing

In general, the hotel, service and facilities are OK. However, there were some ugly details that left us rather dissapointed. First of all, I was called two times to my mobile to see if I wanted to book a table in the restaurant. The excuse is that we ran the risk of not having where to have dinner. During dinner we saw at least five empty tables around us and the next day we found other restaurants within walking distance. Needless to say that we felt deceived. Second, the wifi gets you continously disconected, in real need of an upgrade. Last, it was quite expensive for a 3-star hotel.

Les Autanes, Ancelle.

Very friendly hotel with an exceptional restaurant. We visited during summer when there were a lot of flies in the village but it didn't spoil the visit. You’ll need satnav if driving and may still need to ask directions but it's worth it for the food alone.

Too many flies

The hotel was in general ok. We were there in the summer and the whole place was full of flush which was horrible. The rooms themselves were fly free if you kept your window closed. Bed too hard and bathroom tiny.

Plusieurs collĂšgues et moi mĂȘme n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu lors de la rĂ©servation que la fĂȘte du village avec une sono trĂšs forte se dĂ©roulait sous les fenĂȘtres des chambres pendant 2 nuits. Nous avons dĂ©couvert cela lorsqu’il nous a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©posĂ© sur notre lit des bouchons d’oreille en nous proposant de nous joindre Ă  la fĂȘte
.!!!! Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs difficile d’obtenir un dĂ©part anticipĂ© sans frais dans la mesure oĂč il est impossible de dormir dans de telles conditions. TrĂšs déçu donc par le manque de professionnalisme car prĂ©venir ses clients Ă  la rĂ©servation de cet Ă©vĂ©nement et de ses consĂ©quences en terme de bruit aurait Ă©tĂ© un gage d’honnĂȘtetĂ© ; manifestement l’impact financier a Ă©tĂ© privilĂ©giĂ© au confort des clients.
