The staff that work here are excellent and very accommodating. The rooms need some improvement and the internet connection also needs too be improved. The building is older and could use a remodel.

Room had things falling apart Odor smell when we 1st walked into room I got a reaction on my left eye from sleeping on pillow They had beds and furniture in parking spaces and all around building no plastic cover around beds to protect from getting dirty disappointing

This was a terrible experience, my granddaughters first Disneyland trip and the room was dirty, the blanket & sheet were dirty, the carpet was stained, I couldn't sleep. We didn't stay the next day the hotel gave me a refund. Thankfully we found another place to stay

We didn’t like anything, completely different than in the website. Photos could fool people. First you guys rushed me to book right away to save a room, and I requested to room together. Ending they don’t have the room for Quyên size. We paid extra for kitchenettes but no pot and or dishes. The fridge was broken called them they didn’t fix it, 💡 burned out, gave us wrong WiFi to the point we stopped bother. The room was filthy, sorry for my language but 💩 was stained on the wall. We would never stay at this place again. Services was terrible, I never put bad review to anyone but this one beyond my thoughts.

The staff were nice. But my room and the surrounding atmosphere were awful. The tv didn’t work. No hairdryer or shampoo. Stains on the comforters. The clientele were very loud all night including people fighting, running the loud halls at 3 am, and drug deals in parking lot. Half inch gap in my door and the key only worked about 80 percent of the time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless none of this bothers you. To be honest it doesn’t really bother me believe it or not but I would have preferred something safer as a female with my teenage daughter.

Location is great. Bugs in the room. Cleaning service skipped my room entirely on on every day. No improvement of facilities from year to year. Rooms don’t even have Kleenex.

Started off with them giving us a room that was never cleaned ended up switching us and forget trying to park there isn’t enough so everyone double parks second night pulled in on the police searching someone’s car about an hour later a physical fight happened right above us and then more police on the loud speaker ordering guys to them this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I would discourage anyone from staying there

The room smell like smoke(cigarette) the photos on line of the room looks nice but in reality it’s falls advertising, the sheets where dirty with spots, and on the tub in the bathroom there where cockroaches it was disgusting, and I when to tell them about the smell and they just spray something to smell good but that only last for 5 minutes, regarding the cockroaches they where I am sorry we are going to give you a discount I was ok and they only discount $14 really!!! I totally don’t recommend this place.

Love the way they have there rooms clean and love there costumers service

Nice personal, but the room was terrible. One bed soft one bed hard bathroom toilet water runs all night shower and tub had mildew and dripped. Walls were not painted fully carpet was dirty.
