This family and pet-friendly home did not disappoint. The home was very clean. The owner was very responsive and management team did made contact with us to ask if the cleanliness was satisfactory as we checked in early.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed for each part of the family to spread out and not have to wait for a bathroom to open up. Each of the beds were very comfortable with fresh smelling linens. Bathrooms had well stocked shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of clean towels to go around. We had several small children with us and the gated pool and front yard gave us peace of mind as our kids played outside freely. There was plenty of space for them to play hide and seek in the front and back. One hiccup that I felt terrible about - Our dog ended up scratching the screen door and ripped the screen which I texted the owner about as I was ready to cover the replacement. We were at Disney during the day. They responded right away told me that if the damage was worse than pictured they would reach out to me and otherwise told me not to worry about it. That is an example of great service - the last thing you want is to stress about something of this nature while on vacation with limited time. We thank them for handling guests with care. They are very considerate of kids and pets. We would definitely come back.
