We booked 3 rooms in total and were only able to check into 2 rooms the 3rd room was not available until 7pm which is unacceptable. We were repeatedly asked to come back in half an hour and the room should be ready on our 4th attempt at 5pm were we then offered a different room on another floor which wouldn’t be practical as we travelled as a family with one child which is why we wanted to be next to each other. To have someone wait 4 hours to check in after travelling from another country is unacceptable. We had to leave to hotel to get some food in hope the room would finally be ready when we returned but to my surprise we were only offered a free drink for the inconvenience. One free drink is unacceptable considering it affected all 6 members of our travel party. I don’t expect a full nights refund to be issued but least a partial refund or discount charge. I am confident hotels.com will look into this matter and compensate us fairly. Thank you

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Though I liked how eco-friendly the hotel was, I would’ve liked for the room to have been a bit warmer too! You can’t control the heating much - which is not ideal for such a cold winter. The only option for food at lunch and dinner was pizza.

Great staff. Comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with huge choice. Location was excellent - literally right next to Noord metro & 5 minute ride to Centraal. Could not fault the place. My only minor grumble was the towels were tiny & poor quality, but that’s literally the only thing that could be improved.

Location is perfect, right outside the metro and only two stops away from central - about 8 minutes and can continue on to other stops in Amsterdam, took about 30 mins from the airport too. Hotel is lovely, nice modern clean rooms, great service

The room was clean, quite , big bathroom confortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine, little fridge and welcome bottles of water. The hotel is less that 5 minutes walking from the metro Noor station and it is only 2 station from the central station, very convenient, at the corner you can find a mini market The hotel does not really restaurant, they do only pizza but at the metro station you can fine restaurants with variety of Thai, Indian, sushi, hamburgers If I go back to Amsterdam for sure

Take the M2 metro train and it takes you to this property. Last stop. Only 2 stops from central and 3 stops from Dam Square. Loved everything about this hotel
