The train station isn’t far and they have bike rental options. Very cute town of Hoofddorp. The hotel was nice but wish they had one queen mattress instead of two double bed mattresses. Bathroom was very clean

Don’t be fooled by the name the hotel is a good distance away by train and then by taxi from the airport. We found the property very tired. Walls dirty holes in walls the bathroom floor flooded every time we had a shower and there isn’t much sound proof at all. It’s very much done on the cheap. We enjoyed the city but would stay a lot closer next time to the airport and city

Lot of chaos, with loud music, poor reception service, and no cleaning of rooms during the stay, even though I put up the sign serveral times and tried talking to the staff

The front desk staff member was quite rude and did not demonstrate a professional attitude. I believe additional training in customer service and communication would be beneficial to improve interactions with guests. She doesn’t have Common sense, given two single bed for couple

This hotell is the middle of nowhere, staff were nice. But if u ate there to have fun and be lokal, this is hotell is not it. Everything was far away! We checked out earlier due to it being no where near anything fun. This hotell is only good if u are transit and want to be near the airport!

The low quality of this hotel doesn't match the price point even for Amsterdam. The bathrooms are so poorly designed that the light doesn't shine in the sink/mirror area, the shower has no enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet, there is no towel hook, no hand soap was provided. We only stayed 2 nights and the replaced the 2 towels provided initially but not the 3rd we had requested, and they did not make the bed. There is a little table and coat hooks but nowhere to put the clothes away. I'd not stay here again

Was very basic, if you want to save some money and splurge on activities and food etc then this is perfect for you. the hotel was quiet didn’t have much going for it, asked for some hand soap since they didn’t have any at the room only shampoo and body wash, didn’t receive any after asking which is fine. I do want to mention that when taking showers, at least in our room, the section to close off the water from overflowing the whole bathroom floor doesn’t exist, so you can just see the water pooling everywhere we had to put towels everytime we showered to make sure the water doesn’t go everywhere. the beds were comfortable, TV worked, air condition/heating was working well, not very noisy, didn’t have any problems with locking the door.

Wenbooked two rooms. Rooms were a bit small. Bed was very uncomfortable. No kettle in the room but was given on requets. Free parking was a plus, otherwise very basic hotle.

The staff was unfriendly and at times rude. We requested for pillows and they refused saying they don’t have the keys for the room where bedding items are stored. The bathroom drain was clogged, we had to walk in the puddle after every shower. Not a positive experience at all.

The hotel was great. The rooms were very beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and made my stay even way better. If you would love to have a great time I would really recommend this hotel.

Most staff wasn’t very helpful with a few nice ones or they just stared at you. Tv didn’t work asked to sort it and didn’t. Said they couldn’t help me with charging my phone as was about to do and then waited to see my cry and my phone died to then ‘see if you could help’
