Not bad

Staff and everyone was great. Unfortunately the journey from airport to hotel was rough. When we called the number listed on the confirmation email, they were not able to assist us in directions to the hotel. They should be more prepared to welcome guests and help them get to the hotel safely. Staff were friendly and the server for breakfast upstairs was really nice. The breakfast included was delicious.

Our stay here was an absolute disaster. There was no centralized heating and they put up room heaters which were in bad shape.We reached late around 12 am and couldn’t do anything. Had to change rooms in the morning. I had my elderly parents with me and they had to bear the cold . The rooms were dirty as well. The towels looked like that they were from another era. The hotel and its rooms look nothing like the pictures and it should be a 2 star hotel at best. I have pictures and can forward them. I will be wary of booking another hotel through you next time because of this experience. The only saving grace were the staff who were friendly and rushed to help but they are understaffed.
