Rooms are great. Breakfast staff is nice. This was my second stay there in a year. It is a little hard to get to, but it’s quiet and close to lots of things being at 7th circle. The front desk workers are also nice. 24 hour front desk. One note: if you are coming from the US, pay through Expedia and not at the hotel. It is far more work to pay direct to hotel.

The room was fine. Bed was good. There was no hot water, though, and so I wouldn’t stay there again. It was also very noisy. Paper thin walls and the people next to me were watching TV at 3am - very loud. It is also loud outside - lots of car noise and music.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here 3 days and extended our stay because we liked it so much. This is a hidden gem and may not stand as tall as larger more well known hotels nearby, but it is worth choosing over those hotels just because it is quiet and the staff is so friendly, and you can save money. The breakfast is traditional with the option for fresh made eggs by the chef. You are within walking distance of galleria mall for shopping, a large grocery store, and a food court. There are many local restaurants and cafe’s nearby also.

This was great for what I needed it for, but not as clean as I expected it to be. The dishes were dirty and there wasn’t any dish soap provided so I had to go out and buy some. I also bought sponges, cleaning spray and paper towels to help ensure the cleanliness of the room over time. This is a great location for a long stay, as I was there for 3 weeks. Friendly and helpful staff, and overall good location.
