Everything about this place was great, from the staff (Eli) to the spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bedsand pillows, and the daily deer sightings from the balconies. The only negative was the intermittent wi-fi, but not a problem aince i had my hotspot. I believe the property is scheduled for a full renovation, but we loved it just the way it was.

During the off peak summer months, this place seems to be half the price of the surrounding properties. And you get what you pay for, I guess. The place is fine, it’s good enough for a budget vacation in Breckenridge. Maintenance and housekeeping could be a bit more detail oriented, though. The door connecting our unit to an adjoining room was unlocked, and I had to call maintenance twice to get it locked properly. Then I found a very moldy something or other in a plastic bag inside one of the kitchen cabinets. It looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. Finally, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9 AM for an 11 AM check out, and then knocked again at 10:45, even though we had asked to check out a bit later. Annoying but again, you get what you pay for.
