failure to refund for the unused part of the stay

I prepaid for four days on Orbitz but had to leave after two days. The hotel indicated that they would refund the difference back thru Orbitz the unused part of the stay. However, three weeks later no refund was made to my credit card.

車があって、仕事で行くのにいろいろちょうど良いホテル

大浴場があり夜、朝と入りました。 お部屋は全体的に古い感じですが東横インに似た作りで快適です。 今回はレジャー目的ではなかったので名瀬にしましたが、いろいろちょうど良くてありがたかったです。 観光客向けの居酒屋さんの多いエリアまで行くのに歩いてでは少し遠く周辺は夜街灯もお店もなく、途中真っ暗な港湾地域なので、コンビニに行くにも歩いて行くのが少しこわかったです。 夜やっているスーパー、定食屋のようなお店は近くになく、隣のマツキヨで何か買ってすまそうかと思ったら、ホテルにレストランがありました。 メニューも多く値段も安い。お刺身定食も1000円台、お弁当も500円から。ボリュームもあって、お米もおいしかったです。飲み放題もあるみたいでした。期待以上でした。 ベッドが柔らかいタイプ。隣の音は聞こえないけど、窓に取り付けたクーラーの隙間から夜朝港の積み込み作業音がかなり大きい。

部屋の天井、ベッドの真上にあるエアコン吹出し口が埃だらけで、埃が顔に落ちて来ないか気になった。掃除をきちんとして欲しい。 フェリー出港時間に合わせて朝食を早めてくれたのは柔軟なサービスで嬉しい。 港から徒歩数分でフェリーの乗降には至便。バス停も近い。

窓取り付け型の簡易エアコンが取り付けてあり、上下に空間があるため外の音がそのまま入ってくる。 港のすぐ前のため、夜中から早朝までクレーンの音や拡声器での指示事項、車の音が凄まじく、全然眠れなかった。 入室してすぐ音に気付き、海と反対側の部屋への変更をお願いしたが、満室と断られた。 しかし電話の後、ネット予約を確認したところ、空室ありになっており、嘘までつく企業姿勢に疑問を持つ。
