This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the mountains. Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended. The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.
