Amazing home in Altavilla Milicia PA

Here you occupy part of a beautiful two-family house near San Nicola L'Arena (1 km) and very close to the sea. Here you have a private pool, while common areas in the garden and several terraces with garden furniture provide relaxing moments outdoors while admiring the fantastic sea view. The accommodation is characterized by an open space on different levels, a large reading area, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large windows make the rooms bright and offer a magnificent view of the sea. The house also has some iron sculptures like the large sculpture by the pool. On the second floor there is a bright living room with large windows, a kitchen that leads to an equipped terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the sea. This terrace is also suitable as a sun terrace. Nearby is the famous "Arco Azzurro" (Blue Arch). The fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena with its castle guarding the coast is 1 km away. Do not miss Altavilla Milicia with its church dedicated to the Madonna della Milicia. In the area there are also the remains of the Norman-Arab monasteries in Chisazza; the archaeological site of Solunto is 8 km away. The beautiful city of Palermo with its Arab-Norman churches and museums is only 20 minutes away by car, while it is 40 km to the famous resort of Cefalù. Upon request and payment, it is possible to open the pool also in April.
