This lovely house, surrounded by lush orange groves, olive trees and pines, is perfect for enjoying our holidays in full quietness. Besides, its location near the Natural Park of Sierra de las Nieves allows you to rejoice in long strolls in the middle of nature, where you can recharge your batteries in a matter of seconds.
The house features two floors, and it's decorated with different features and the cheerful colours of the South of Spain, which will make you feel even more connected with the Andalusian culture. An even more special style characterises its four bedrooms.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. One is incredibly cosy and decorated with the colours that characterise the Moroccan culture; it features two single beds that can be united to create a double bed. Another bedroom, with a more modern ambience, is also equipped with two single beds, which can be combined to create a double bed, just like in the first bedroom. Lastly, the third room is 20 sq-mt wide and relies on four single beds and the possibility of adding two extra single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor.
As you enter the main living room on the ground floor, you will find a cosy ambience that shares space with the open kitchen, where you will be provided with all the kitchenware and appliances that you might need during your stay. From here, you can reach another living room, smaller than the first one and equipped with a fireplace. A bathroom with a shower and the house's fourth bedroom, with a double bed, are also located on the lower floor.
In the outside space, you will find the private pool and several sun loungers, that guarantee enough moments of relaxation under the sunshine. A BBQ and a parking area are also available for the guests of the villa. The house features several terraces where you can enjoy the sun or shade from the hot sun rays, read a good book or share a delicious lunch under the shade of a lush green ivy and jasmine. The panorama offered around the house is simply astonishing and, in the clearest days, you can even spot the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean Sea.

Filtreur piscine très bruyant, vieux mobilier extérieur piscine
Salle bain Rez de chaussée : pommeau douche brisé, rideau de douche trop court eau partout. Drap très vieux, matelas inconfortable.

Dueño maleducado y lamentables incidentes
Por culpa del dueño nos ha quedado muy mala impresión.
Tuvimos varios incidentes con uno de los 2 caseros, Paco, que ante cada petición contestaba mal diciendo que todo era normal (sábana con elástico flojo que se sale y terminas durmiendo sobre colchón, fregadero que se atasca…). Aparecía sin mascarilla y se metió sin permiso a regar invadiendo nuestra intimidad, cuando estábamos desayunando, salpicándonos, y al decirle que nos sentíamos invadidos se puso a gritar diciendo que era su casa y que hacía lo que le salía de los coj..., y si no estábamos de acuerdo nos devolvía el dinero y que nos fuéramos. Tuvimos que llamar a su mujer para que le llamara al orden, porque la situación se estaba poniendo muy tensa. Afortunadamente él no volvió a aparecer por la casa.
Una lástima, porque la casa no está mal, tiene una piscina estupenda, y si arreglan algunas cosillas que están viejas o les falta (cubertería y platos, poner cortina de ducha, manteles,...) quedaría mucho mejor.
