A grand old building

Amazing building, junior suite was bigger than any hotel suite I have ever stayed in. The beds are not for side sleepers but we find that is true across most of the UK. Also no towel racks and only one per person. But happy to stay, would go again.

Unfortunately the check-in experience here left something to be desired. The person who works the front desk also tends bar and seemed annoyed by my asking about using the spa (it closed before the time stated in Expedia, I asked for an exception and was really chill about it). She left me standing at the front desk for 15 mins only to return to tell me she couldn't help me any further because the bar was busy (I didn't ask for anything complex, just if she or someone could make a call). I was at the hotel on a special trip and asked nicely if there was anything she could do. I've never met someone at a hotel check-in who cared so little, and went out of her way to mock my waiting there. I didn't want a conflict, and I recognize I asked a favour. It made me feel bad so I won't be returning.

3 day stay for work

I was working in the local area and stayed for 3 nights. The staff were all super pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent and the food from the restaurant was both good value and incredibly tasty. I would recommend staying here. Beautiful building set in beautiful surroundings. I didn't get chance to use the spa.

Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat.

This is a beautiful old property, but understaffed and mostly vacant when we were there. The rooms are huge, a bit dated, but comfortable overall for our family. The hotel seems to cater to large wedding events, but when we were there it was quiet.

We had an amazing overnight stay in one of the junior suites, the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was lovely and plentiful. My wife and I both used the spa facilities, which were excellent, special thanks to Vadka for the amazing massages. Inglewood House worth a stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was with a family member and the staff who checked us in was lovely. She took time to tell us what was available and let us take our time looking at the menu as we have certain dietary requirements. We had a great stay.

Overall stay was nice, however when cooking for our family the fire alarm went off 5 times. Causing fear and alarm due to the fan of the cooker not woking so no ventilation. The radiator fell off the wall when trying to turn the heating on... not to mention my 6 year old daughter running into the sitting room with a small bag with paraphernalia inside along side a mirror with white residue all over it. But the beds were comfy n kids loved the hotub.

Lovely stay, would have preferred a room

We stayed in a pod which we hadn’t realised we had booked. It was warm and comfortable but not sure I would pay £100 to stay again. Staff were so nice, very warm, friendly and professional, the main hotel is absolutely stunning with a beautiful lounge with an open fire.
