This resort feels like a little spanish town and is very different, in a good way. The views from the sea view rooms are amazing. We went out of season but the shop and restaurants were open. The Italian restaurant was really nice. On a regular bus route to El Campello but nothing of interest worth walking to close by.I would certainly visit again.
Great location, very friendly staff with excellent customer service skills. The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable, a real home from home, would highly recommend staying here in Alicante/ Benidorm area.
Very Nice rooms, big for our family of four (2 small kids). The location in early spring when we couldnt swim was not ideal, the bus did not go in weekends and there was not much to do in El Campello. The kitchen tools needs a look over, and the sofa was not comfortable. But overall very Nice hotel!!
Very cleverly designed complex to resemble a little town. My wife and I drove up to find some better weather whist it rained in Estepona. On finding a deal on the web we booked a room here for a few nights and ended staying 5! Although we didn't have a front apartment we had a great sea views and also overlooked the pool and courtyards; very pretty. The downside is it's a drive to anywhere as the complex is isolated however the restaurant and bars are there, the staff very pleasant and if, like us, you don't mind bringing some food and drinks you don't have to go out every night. We'd come back.
The hotel is out of the way with lots of steep hills. If you don't drive, you'll need to walk - especially at weekends as there's no bus. Ideally situated to travel to Alicante and Benidorm using the local tram service. Transport is pretty cheap too. My partner found the bed too hard which is why the sleep quality has been reviewed as poor. Most of the staff have acceptable levels of English but I would recommend learning some Spanish as they seemed to appreciate the effort, I found it great to help with my own learning of the language. Great customer service from Amor at le pontet!
We had a suite overlooking the Mediterranean so woke to beautiful sunrise and watched the sunset in the evening. Apartment had everything that we required. We kept ourselves to ourselves. Staff were very nice and helpful. There's a minibus that takes you up and down to el campello but with it being Christmas the bus wasn't always running. Great if you can hire a car. We got the tram to Benidorm for a day trip. We did shopping at Lidl in el campello. We went to the restaurant Star of India it was delicious and staff were Great. Great relaxing break we would definitely return. Great housekeeping staff, great reception and shop staff too.
When my husband and I arrived we were told our accommodation was not ready, however we expected that as it was only 12:00 noon and not 5:00pm. We only had to wait 30 minutes when the room was ready. Buggy took us up a steep hill to a very nice apartment block and we were happy with the accommodation. Unpacked and went to investigate the area. We quickly realised that the place was quite deserted with not many people about. No bars and only one restaurant open which we used that evening. Meal was disappointing, only two other diners there, no entertainment. No bus service on Saturdays and Sundays so we booked a taxi to go into town on Saturday at a cost of 15 euros each way. As we had an equipped kitchen we decided to cook rather than go to the same restaurant again. The Italian restaurant was open on the Sunday but after 3 nights we had decided to book other accommodation in Alicante. We left on Monday in a taxi at a cost of 35 euros. The place was just too quiet with nothing to do, and far too steep if you were at the top of the hill. Lovely place but just not for us.
We stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect. We rented a car so it was a great location to be based out of. If you don't have a car there is a bus that picks you up in front and takes you into town. The place has 2 bars and 3 restaurants. We ate at 2 of them both great and visited the bars both nice. The people at the restaurants and bars were friendly people good atmosphere.
Verry nice Hotel,we had an studio . 5 star rating because its good value for money. You have all you need in your room, fully equiped kitchen ,fridge, washing machine,tv,sofa. You need to take in consideration that is a bit far from Alicante and I only recomend this hotel if you have a car, beaches near the hotel al rocky ,no sand. Depending where is your room it might be a long walk from the car park to your room. The room is cleaned every 3 days.
A gorgeous place to stay. Tranquil, clean, colourful, & a lovely vibe. We had a sea view to die for. Lovely apt. Great staff. Some delicious food during the week. Will absolutely return. Highly recommended.
