We had a beautiful sea view (Suite 9, first floor) and the food and resort were perfect! Only qualms is that the communication with the hotel was very difficult, especially to get someone to answer the phone prior to arrival. Our shower door also did not close fully and water was getting everywhere in the bathroom and not going down the drain, so we were standing in 2cm of water while we used the toilet and sink. I had called 3 times, and after slipping and falling, they finally came out to fix the drain. The door stil didn't close, but at least we weren't standing in a pool of water while we got ready.
This is a great place for a romantic stay a beautiful place with great see views it reminds me of a little village very similar to portmeirion as in pretty little colourful houses would definitely be going back
room was nice and modern with a fridge and washing machine. We were a familiy of five and the room was perfectly nice. Really service minded personell and the kids loved their stay. The only drawback to this hotel was the paper thin walls. I could basically hear the neighbour talking even when they were speaking really low. So not for the light sleeper.
A stunning location with a beautiful sea view from our apartment. The location although beautiful is not ideal for sightseeing or nightlife, however there is a bus that makes a stop within the hotel premises every hour that runs fairly late. A taxi is another option and these run 24 hours a day. The staff here are very helpful and always have your best interest in heart, and will do anything to make your stay a great experience. Sabastian, who works in the supermarket the hotel has, is very helpful. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is worth the 4 stars the hotel has been given, without a doubt.
Just returned and already booked another stay in November. Lovely cliff apartment fantastic to wake up every morning to sea view. Small niggles with doors in kitchen but nothing that stopped a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great value for money.
Getting ready to check out from a 13 night stay. There are very few words that could describe this absolutely stunning place. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here every minute of our stay.Reception was wonderful,we did get to check in earlier then our orginal 17:00 check in.Its a very convenient set up for those people who have not gotten a car rental to get around. There are restuarants, small supermarket and a small wine/coffee bar on site.I would defintely recommend this to anyone wishing to vacation in spain.
The most beautiful sea views we've ever had from a hotel room! We rented one of their apartments, we were pleasantly surprised at how big and nice they were! Can highly recommend the resort to other families. The food is ok and reasonably priced.
We had a lovely, relaxed 7 day break in October and are due back again tomorrow! Yes it is away from the city life which is why we chose this place, however you can easily travel a short journey in both directions if you want to visit El Campello or Benidorm for instance. The sea views are wonderful, the staff were great and the apartments were cleaned and refreshed every day when we booked breakfast. We are super excited to be going back!
Lovely view and scenery and being inetween Benidorm and Alicante was lively but elcampbello was by far best beach. Although beware of hustlers who scam you by pretender big to be parking wardens. You will also need a car to get around but worth it, buses are ok but the journey and times were never good for us. Thank you for lovely stay.
We absolutely loved it. Great apartment, breathtaking views from terrace. Comfy beds, nice kitchen. Lovely and super friendly reception staff. Only downfall is el ponet restaurant..... too much oily dishes gets served there. We were hoping for different paelas. But saying that breakfast is great. Would definitely recommend this place to friends:)
