I did not get the breakfast. The room was lovely. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Everything, from the stairwell to bathroom and corners in the room, were clean. : ) Service fantastic and friendly. Location is excellent. Because the location is a block away from great restaurants and walking districts, it was a bit noisy for me during the night. I am whiny about noise, so it might not bother you.

Hidden gem

Spotless room , bathroom and comfortable bed .We had twin room as only availability.Fridge, tv in room also has a shared microwave and larger fridge.Large room with table and 2 chairs.Hairdryer provided , kettle, teabags and coffee.Host very helpful but not intrusive.Will use again as in the heart of the old town with plenty of bars and restaurant within a few minutes of walking.

The place was very central, very clean and very comfortable. Caroline could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location. I don’t normally do shared bathroom but this was spotless and, whilst staff on premises, was kept perfect. Only shared between two rooms, each with a key so I was happy out with this.

Great room in Alicante Old Town

Perfect place to stay in Alicante. Location was perfect for us inside old town and walking distance to the beach. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a short stay. Would stay there again if we return to Alicante.

Lovely place to stay!

Myself and my partner stayed in the D3 room that included a en-suite and nice balcony. We had such a wonderful time in Alicante, and that's due in part to such a nice stay here. Caroline and crew were very accommodating, and provided incredibly useful information on travel from the airport, to the hotel prior to our arrival. It helped us have a stress free time. The addition of baggage storage and amenities including shared storage with the choice to use items left by previous guests, and the option to do the same, was greatly appreciated! We would greatly recommend a stay here if you want to be right in the town, and a comfy cozy place to sleep.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, seamless check-in. The only downside is that it has no elevator and I had a large heavy suitcase. However, even with that I still highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Great communication, great location

The room was nice, shower and bathroom excellent, be aware, it is right in the middle of teh old town and at weekends the noise doesn't subside till around 3 am. The location however is brilliant if you want to be right amongst it. Breakfast is at a café a few metres away, orange juice, coffee or tea with a pastry or Tostada, basically toast with ham or cheese on. Very nice though.

Amazing - you won't be disappointed!

This place is amazing. Stayed with my wife and 7yo child. Great location - right behind the big church, so very easy to find. In the heart of downtown. Close to the beach and the castle. Close to food, museums, etc. Easy walk to the metro so you can get to other cities. Also close to the airport bus line too. You walk into a huge, clean building. Up one flight of stairs. You get three keys - one for building, one for hotel, and one for room. You can tell they put A LOT of detail into making the hotel and nice and tasteful as possible. They have coffee/tea, mini fridge, nice decor, nice accents, etc. They also have a community fridge/freezer. They even have beach toys and towels, books, universal chargers, etc. The lady was very thoughtful with telling us where to go to see certain things. She marked out on maps where some very cool things were. We stayed in a lot of hotels on this trip, and this is one we would DEFINITELY stay in again. Staying here made me feel like an Alicante local to be honest! Thank you!
