A fuir!

C'est bien simple, 2h avant mon arrivée, la gérante (et non le propriétaire) m'informe que je ne vais pas pouvoir avoir accès au logement sélectionné et m'annonce comme si cela allait de soi que le RDC m'est attribué. Le prétexte invoqué : un infarctus. Vous comprenez "c'est un imprévu". Bien entendu il s'agissait de jouer sur les sentiments pour couper court à toute contestation. Je demande à cette gérante de me faire visiter le rdc avant acceptation. Ce qu'elle accepte et à 5 min de mon arrivée celle-ci m'annonce qu'elle n'a pas pu m'attendre : "je suis diabétique et puis je n'ai plus l'âge". Résultat, je me retrouve avec mon conjoint et nos 3 enfants dans l'obligation d'entrer, à l'aide des indications de la gérante, dans le logement du RDC qui ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui était attendu et payé. Je n'ai pas attendu mon reste et j'ai exigé le remboursement pour non respect du contrat. J'étais extrêmement en colère et le suis encore car j'ai dû à 16h passés trouver une solution d'hébergement d'urgence dans une ville que je ne connais pas et à une période où l'affluence de touristes est très importante! Bref on ne m'y reprendra pas!
