This incredible penthouse with a spectacular view is located on the third floor (without elevator) of a stately building located in the center of Alghero, facing the beach near the center.

Air conditioning and Wifi.

The house consists of an open plan lounge with a large covered terrace overlooking the sea and the beach, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The rooms are 2 double and one triple. An additional bed can accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with everything, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, ideal for cooking with friends and eating on the outdoor veranda lulled by the sea breeze and the red of the sunset.

Washing machine and Internet connection.

The veranda overlooking the sea is the focal point of the house. The perfect place for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners with the turquoise sea in the background. Precious outdoor furniture will welcome you at your entrance.

Fabulous location, walking distance of beach, shops and old town.

Apartment was quite dated and while had plenty of character could do with some updating. While there was a large terrace , the outside furniture was shabby and uncomfortable so as a result was rarely used. Inside the toilet cistern leaked every time you flushed and the electricity switch tripped if more than one appliance was running. Only one ring worked on the cooker and the main oven didn’t work. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was very obliging and allowed us a late checkout on departure this apartment needs some attention and updating.

Vista Fantastica - Posizione incredibile!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo attico fantastico a luglio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! La casa è sulla spiaggia e la terrazza con la vista sul mare ti faceva passare la voglia di andare al ristorante. In questa casa si sta decisamente molto bene. I tramonti sono stati indimenticabili ed i momenti di allegria trascorsi con gli amici a cena in terrazza sono un ricordo che porteremo nel cuore per lungo tempo. Grazie Silvia per la bella accoglienza e per tutti i tuoi consigli. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
