Such a fantastic hotel, parking on site but small, there is a paid carpark right near by that is not expensive. The room has everything and more, beautiful furnishings. Lovely walk along the promenade.

The breakfast coukd gave been cooked better. The worst thing was the heat level in the room which we could not switch off. The whole hotel overheated it was horrendous in the room. We couldnt sleep. Guests should have the choice of heat on or off!!

Parking was very easy. The car park beside the Hotel was full on our arrival but there is a garage behind the Hotel which had spaces. All the staff are amazingly helpful, efficient, good humoured and alway go that extra mile. Great selection at breakfast whatever your options.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight.

Felt more like a hotel for dogs!

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t up to the standard we was expecting, although the staff were all Lovely and attentive our room was cold with ripped bedding and was noisy at times, the food in the restaurant was disappointing in that the fish and chips tasted frozen fish and we expected fresh. There was also far too many dogs in the hotel , I think we were the only people there who didn’t have a dog however this does seem to be getting the norm everywhere! The hotel is in a great location and Aldeburgh is a lovely place for exploring.
