Villa Ca na Quarta

Ca na Quarta is a wonderful Villa with a private tennis court, located in Alcudia in the north of Mallorca, in an idyllic enclave where you can enjoy the tranquillity along with unobstructed views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The Villa has the charm of a typical Mallorcan house built on a single floor with exposed beams and very bright. It has 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, three of them en suite. The outdoor area has a large porch with a sofa area where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue that is available next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable hammocks and enjoy the wonderful views available. The house is surrounded by gardens and has a private tennis court. All this in a natural environment, quiet environment and with plenty of sun throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset.

Distribution

The house, over 200 square meters on one floor, is a large building that faces the mountains. It has 4 double rooms, two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. There are 4 full bathrooms, 3 of them en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it a spacious living room with sofas, flat screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi and a large terrace with beautiful views.

Outside, the garden area of ​​more than 2000 square meters houses the tennis court, the 8x4m pool, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Nota 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.28 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
