In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the sea, 3 m from the lake, 120 m from the beach, 1 m directly by the canal, direct access to the lagoon. Private: beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shop 300 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 120 m, rocky beach 3 km, bathing lake 3 m. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 2 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors.
