Wonderful Alcudia Location

Apartment was bright and clean. The host greeted us and check-in was very easy. The location was great as right on beachfront. Port just a short walk away and bus to old town was very convenient. Plenty of space for 5 adults but just not enough hot water for everyone to enjoy a warm shower each evening which our teenagers were disappointed about.

God beliggenhed

Fin lejlighed til familie på 4-5 personer, lidt slidt inventar, dejlig terrasse godt køkken.dårligt wifi. Super tæt på lækker børnevenlig strand. Da vi kom blev vi bekendt med at vi skulle betale for forbrug af el, hvilket ikke havde stået i beskrivelsen af lejemålet, fik hjælp af Vrbo hvor jeg havde bestilt lejligheden og jeg fik ret i at jeg ikke skulle betale da det først var senere der var kommet forbrug af el på 0,6 €, pr kilowatt hvilket betyder at det bliver ret dyrt når der kører blæser dag og nat p.g.a varmen og vaskemaskinen og opvaskemaskine , er i gang. Så er det efter min mening alt for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteteten .

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Alcuia

Eine sehr nah am Strand gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Es war sogar ein TG Platz vorhanden so war das Auto immer kühl untergebracht. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den umgeben Lokalen ist optimal. Nach Alcudia Altstadt haben wir immer das Auto genommen. Der Strand von Alcudia ist wunderschön und insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden evtl. wieder hierher kommen.

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick (nicht aufs Meer aber trotzdem schön) und einer sehr schönen großen Terrasse. In der Küche ist alles, was man sich wünscht und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Fällt man aus der Tür, ist man schon am Strand und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Herrlich! Jederzeit wieder!

Super Lage & toller Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Strand ist besonders mit Kindern unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist extrem freundlich & hilfsbereit (der Warmwasserboiler war kaputt und es wurde sofort reagiert & Ersatz beschaffen). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielen Dank

Super fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved stranden som vi ønskede os. Lejligheden er pæn og ren og vi har nydt det. Miquel er en fantastisk vært som er meget behjælpelig hvis man har ønsker eller spørgsmål. Eneste lille ting vi kunne tænke os er at der kom nogle lounge møbler på terrassen. Det kunne man godt gøre lidt hyggeligere og udnytte bedre.

Fantastic stay

Where to start? Right from when the initial booking process started to the end of the holiday, it was an absolute pleasure dealing Katy Mary. Vicent couldn’t have made check in/out easier. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean and well stocked. The most special part is its location on the beach and what a beach. Fine white sand and beautifully clear, warm water. Highly recommend!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Alles sehr sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet (Teller, Besteck... umfangreich vorhanden). Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden und sehr sauber). Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer, hierüber lassen sich aber auch die anderen Zimmer mit runterkühlen. Wie beschrieben liegt die Wohnung nicht zum Meer gerichtet, sondern im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Von der großen teilweise überdachten Terrasse kann man aber das Meer sehen (20 Meter bis zum Strand). Vermieter war super freundlich und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!!!
