The shower was filthy with weird debris. The air conditioner made weird loud noises periodically throughout the night. The person who checked me in, didn’t know how to check me in. He had to call someone. It was three in the morning, and I had to wait close to 20 minutes to get checked in.

I reported on two nights in a row that the shower/tub was not draining properly. While taking a shower you were standing in drain water. I asked to please have the bathroom door lubricated because it squeaked so bad it would you could hear down the hallway no response!! I asked for a wakeup call didn’t happen. On a positive note most of the staff was very pleasant!!

Incredible hotel! Loved our room! Nature trail next to hotel that was a perfect bonus for us to exercise! Pool was amazing. Breakfast was incredible. Super convenient for us to fly out early the next day.
