ROJA PÉ APARTMENT has 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning (double beds). 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The living/dining room also has air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed. Access to the balcony. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Albufeira and very close to Pine Cliff and Falésia beaches. Fully equipped kitchen (includes ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, among others). Smart TV with cable channels, fibre WIFI are some of the facilities that this splendid accommodation has to offer its guests.



Guests will have exclusive access to the property, free street parking and access to the shared outdoor swimming pool. House rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any booking is 4 people.

Once you have booked with us, we will contact you by email, but you can contact me directly by telephone at any time. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me to better coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meeting Point" will always be at the property.



Located just 10 minutes from Albufeira and Falésia beaches. The accommodation is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Restaurants, bars and shops nearby. A car is not at all necessary, but recommended.



We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are from 4:00 PM, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to pay:

• From 7 to 10 PM: 25 euros | From 10 PM onwards: 45 euros



• Registrations before 16:00 and subject to availability: 25 euros

• Departures after 10:00 and subject to availability: until 14:00: 25 euros - until 18:00: 50 euros



Rental services:

• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay.



Services that are not included may have an additional cost between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• Door opening (forgotten or lost keys)

• Additional deliveries of towels or other products

• Equipment repair (due to negligence)

• All other services not mentioned in the information



A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days by bank transfer after a thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
