+ Location- right in the middle of old town and new town so was perfect location, 10 min to the beach. The bed was very large and comfortable. - Room 403 facility very basic & not as the photos on the web site display (room painted in grey), rooms not cleaned every day so no clean towels, shower mouldy. Breakfast was poor.

Great location

The hotel was clean. Rooms were small but big enough for a couple. Very convenient location as it is between both the strip and old town about a 10 min walk to the strip. We didn't walk to old town but it maybe a 20 min walk. Oura beach is also very close down from the strip. We did encounter a negative situation with one of the staff member as she had a nasty attitude when my boyfriend lost his wallet on the bus of one of the boat tour we did advertised at the hotel who set up the transportation. She blatantly lied said she called and there was no wallet found.We drove down to the marina ourselves and they were already closed. But the next morning on check out the wallet showed up at the boat tour check in desk.

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Although the rooms were fairly standard in my opinion, I'd recommend anyone to stay here for the hospitality.

Lovely hotel, and the staff couldn't do enough for you (especially Carlos at front desk). Busy road at the front of the hotel which can get a bit noisy at times, but other than that, it's a great place to stay, within walking distance of the old town, main strip, and numerous beaches.

Give it two years and it will rival Fawlty Towers

Good points very few, nice continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room was poor, nothing like their web site which was the previous owners photos. Both bed covers were stained by the previous occupiers, we had to ask for clean covers. We had no curtains, only the plastic blackout curtains, the lovely girl on reception had to sow us some lightweight curtains and hang them so we did not have to be in the dark as our room was overlooked and not very private. It was the third room we were offered, the best of a bad bunch. The stairs(no lift) were very badly lit, the corridors were also very dark. One day our room was not cleaned at all, another we had no loo roll, we took our own shower gel when we saw the cleaners trolley, as this was not left either. One night we returned to find a black bin bad full of rubbish in the corridor, it was cleared the day after. It appears to be mis managed, when it has the potential to be very nice, unfortunately you cannot hide the road noise, the rest of their problems could be rectified given the right management.

Great location some very friendly staff

Fantastic location very close to two lively beaches in walking distance, Oura and the old town. Modern facilities but greater with a grumpy moody reception to find our room only slept two people we needed 3 and where dumped with a pull out bed to assembly ourselves and failed to ask for full monies leaving a €140 bill for the extra bed :( Very quiet pool and refreshing breakfast..no music by the pool and ok snack service not always someone availed to make drinks or prepare snacks. Plus no hot water for a day. Taxis are so cheap and hotel always happy to call one. Would visit again lots of great places to eat!

Nous avions commandé une chambre avec Balcon, et en arrivant le manager nous indique qu'elle n'est pas disponible et que l'hôtel est complet.La réservation n'étant pas annulable, nous avons du rester dans cet chambre très petite et sombre sans balcon, avec un dédommagent de 6% du prix de la chambre sans avoir le choix de trouver un autre hôtel. Par ailleurs, la réalité de l'hôtel est bien inférieure à son rendu photo....on avait l'impression d'arriver dans une contrefaçon de ce que nous avions réservé sur ce site

Super chambre magnifique avec balcon et vue sur piscine. Chaque chambre a un thème différent et très agréable. Le personnel est très agréable surtout ceux du bar qui sont toujours à nos besoins. Petit bémol le jour du départ la chambre devait être libérée à 12h00. Le téléphone a sonné à 11h45 et pour la première fois je suis tombée sur une femme très désagréable qui a exigé que l'on libère la chambre de suite pour le check-in en insistant... Enfin bref, hôtel au top que nous recommandons pour des vacances en couple ou en famille.

Très bon petit hôtel pas loin de la plage.

Emplacement idéal proche de la plage. Très bon restaurant à quelques mètres de l'hôtel. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, je trouve le prix de 6.50 euros bien trop exagéré pour ce qu'il y a à disposition. Bref, à recommander !!
