A home away from home

We REALLY enjoyed our stay! The area was every nice and includes everything we needed from relaxation (hot tub, face masks, comfortable beds) to beautiful beach and other amenities. We hope to stay there again in the near future!

We had an amazing time at the Fox Den! Everything was well appointed and easy to use. The beach was perfect for our family. The beach’s location to the pool made it easy to go between the two, and they had a food kiosk there which we didn’t expect so we could spend the day without thinking about much. The house had everything you could possibly need. If we were coming back, which we plan to do the only thing, we would bring with us are umbrellas for the beach and tubes for lazing at the lake. Everything else is provided including beach chairs, grill equipment, beach towels, hooks are just where they need to be, face masks, games and puzzles galore.

The host was incredibly responsive. We came as a last-minute pivot from a cancelled vacation and it was our first time in the Poconos. The cabin was so cute, so comfortable and so well set-up, it made the trip one of our all time favorites. We went hard on activities (Whitewater rafting with our dog, tree-top ropes course, lots of waterfall hikes) and getting to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day was AMAZING. The rooms were comfortable and the host has SO many amenities - records and a player, face masks, snacks, bikes in the shed, coffee, a SUPER well appointed kitchen. Honestly, one of the very best places we have ever stayed. Our nervous pup felt right at home. The fireplace in the sunken living room made it so cozy on the rainy evenings and the host was perfect when it needed a bit of troubleshooting. There are so many lovely spaces around the cabin - we honestly could have just stayed here and had a wonderful trip. We are already planning when we can come again!
