Ski Albiez-Montrond at 900 m (3 minutes by car from normal time). Country South hillside home. Sumptuous mountain cirque preserved at the foot of the Aiguilles D'ARVES. Residential area 1 km from the slopes. Very good comfort. Warm and cozy. Double terrace (exposed + sheltered). Nice landscaped and flowered garden. Splendid view over the massif. Breathtaking view of the famous Aiguilles d'Arves. Many outdoor, fun, unusual and outdoor activities and leisure activities, summer and winter, in the various resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Nordic area with free access with cross-country skiing and snowshoe routes. Body of water at the Col du Mollard. Privileged territory for hiking and cycling enthusiasts with the Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard glacier. Important cultural, architectural and religious heritage.
