Villa Esplendor by Escape Home

This villa is Mediterranean style, with 5 bedrooms and wonderful views of the sea. The villa is located very close to the Son Bou shopping center and beach, so it is highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where the villa is accessed, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom.

On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, you access the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a clock and an en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms are with single beds, fans and share a full bathroom.

All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
