The first room fan on celling was broken and heater was broken and no molding on. Second room was better but both were lacking lighting and the main reason I rented was to relax in a hot tub and it was broken and was never told tell I asked and wasn't mentions in advertisement either that it wasn't working. The times were to short as well for check in at 3pm.

The huge picture of a mountain on the wall was a lovely touch to the room. However, the harsh white lights made the room unappealing. The bathtub wasn't spotless. The bed was comfortable but extremely staticky--you can actually see the flashes in the dark when moving the sheets! One of the exit doors shuts quickly that it caught one of my dog's paws, injuring her and causing some bleeding. If you bring a dog, they will attempt to require you to pay cash for pet fee and promise you a discount. That's a scam - I didn't get my discount. DO NOT USE THE ATM THERE! There was an attempt in a withdrawal of over $23,000. Fortunately, my credit card blocked it. I will not use that hotel ever again!

Room was clean. Breakfast was limited and consisted of items such as waffles, cereal, bagels, and some fruit. Helpful staff. AJ was really great in helping us with our accommodations in which we had issues with. Note to those needing accessible rooms. The accessible room we had was not wheelchair accessible, if needing a room that is wheelchair accessible contact the facility to verify if they have wheelchair accessible rooms as the room we had was not wheelchair accessible. Located in safe part of town with grocery store with in walking distance and right next to Burger King and McDonalds. Walmart right down the street. The only complaint was the Heater/AC was loud as well as the bathroom fan. Note on pets - ONLY dog friendly.

Tried to cancel reservation due to the very poor cleanliness of the room(s). Was told to talk to a manager that is not available for 3 weeks?!?!?! Front desk was nice BUT not helpful with my refund request. Not about to pay for not staying in the hotel. This is a budget hotel for sure, expect to get what you pay for. There are much nicer "clean" hotels in the area for a little be more but you get a LOT better accommodation. NOT family friendly and still very sketch even for a single person to stay here. Potentially the worst hotel in the area. Concerns could have been resolved but there was not desire to work with the customer to "make things right" Therefore I can not and WOULD NOT recommend this hotel.

Not worth $94 a night. Not enough options for breakfast. The pillow was too small for a person. Pillow case was with hair sticking to it. Would not recommend. It was just at the heart of the city and accessible to fast-food and gas.

Our room was okay, you could tell it was an older property. The tub/shower needed replaced, the finish was coming off. The beds were comfortable, nothing special. Glad they were pet friendly but not much good area around the facility to walk them. The breakfast selection was ok for a continental. I believe they said hot breakfast but that was not the case. It was “ok” for just the 1 night

The property was run down and needed some basic cleaning and upkeep, like painting. The rooms were poorly cleaned. We had no soap in our room, 1/2 bottle used shampoo, and no floor mat.
