One of the worst and dirtiest hotels ive been to , and their staff is unprofessional as well , the bathroom is filthy and the smell is awful, when I checked in at 2 am and saw how dirty the bathroom And room are i called them to change the room and they offered me A brilliant solution and that is to clean the bathroom and room while im in it. Never ever think of staying in this Hotel
Very well run and clean hotel in the heart of Riyadh. I was working with the King Saud University and it was only minutes away. Excellent restaurant and facilities. I was able to walk next door to the bank as needed.
Five star hotel..very very clean..staff are amazing..near the new down town and Almmlakah tower. suitable for business trip.i did not try food so i can't tell about it. staff in business center are very help full. it has 7 venue for business and one more that can more than 200 person for wedding and other occasions.
Property located in central business district and accessible to major locations in Riyadh. Once again, for the price being charged, breakfast should have been included in the value being charged. Although the receptionist refused to acknowledge that a Silver card member is entitled to an upgrade if available I would still recommend to friends.
Spent three nights here on a business trip. Didn’t use the facilities much due to our busy itinerary. Air conditioning was very, maybe too efficient, and turned it off in the end. Very comfortable room on 7th floor. Hotel services were good and my room was immaculately cleaned each day. Breakfast was fine and good selection of choices. Good location for Kingdom Tower/mall, just a short walk away. Would consider using again if in Riyadh in the future.
The rooms are very small even though I'm taking the executive suit but still small, the service is too bad that I called the laundry at my check in for iron only but apologized that the return will be 6 pm the day after. Which is after the checkout time. A/C is not working properly and hot. I don't think this hotel will be one of my options list anymore.
I stayed here for business because the Marriott just down the street was booked out. While everything was ok and I really have nothing to complain about, I understand why I wad still able to get a room there. It is a typical Novotel and looks just like all of the other ones all around the world. The breakfast buffet was good but the staff where not the brightest. The gym has quite a few cardio machines and a few weight machines. The pool is small , inside and right next to a banquet room, so I really do not think I would want to swim there The hotel is clean, but feels old and a bit neglected. The staff did not seem to be highly motivated and overall you just did not get the feeling that you were staying at a real quality hotel. I haď a room on the street side and I could also hear the constant noise of the traffic below. It is not a bad place to stay, but there are better hotels in Riyadh.
very Small Delux Room , Very Tight Bath Room , Very Old Furniture , small Tv Screen , No Welcome Drink for Golden Member , and even very small Room with very expensive rate , unbeleiveable , but Good Location , Good Food , Friendly Staff
Unfortunately, one security thinks he is the owner of the building, screaming at a poor man, I was like he want to collect 2 trays from an event in the hotel he screamed at him and was like come tomorrow morning. I told him why tomorrow the event is done, let him take it . And suddenly he started screaming at me for no reason, I politely asked him to let him in since I was there and I know it’s done. Anyway, a Saudi security need to know that his job is security only. Does not have the right to do wrong for a guy that was willing to finish his job
I came for 2 days, For business. The hotel facilities were welcoming and modern and polished. Locations : Nearby The Kingdom Tower (few minutes walking) and in the main spot of King Fahad's road. Parking : I had a car and it was difficult to find a parking spot during rush hours, So better come early to find a spot. Room : Room was clean and they provided me a powe socket converter which for me was very useful. Provided most of every need in a hotel room. Beautiful window design with the small spot where you can sit beside the window, But the view is only streets though, WiFi access was great. Didn't used the other facilities beside that i came during Ramadan and there was an iftar buffet, It was an incredible food experience. Fresh, Variety of options.
