Very clean and so thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a trip away from home. Beds were soft and comfortable and the quiet neighborhood close to the highway was very convenient for our trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Our check-in was very smooth based on the detailed communication provided by Jack. Our expectations were met at each part of our trip. The kitchen is well appointed and contained everything we needed for preparing coffee and a light breakfast each morning. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Weekend Trip

We had a great stay. The location was very convenient for everything we did during our stay. They definitely go above and beyond in the amenities provided compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. Living space was clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is that the beds are very firm, maybe a cushioned mattress pad added to the top would make it a bit more comfortable.

Perfect stay in Akron

I would highly recommend this property. Everything was great from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. It was a very convenient location for our stay as our friends were only about a mile away, so it made going places very easy. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were excellent- had everything we needed and more - Jack was very responsive. Both my friend and I were very pleased. I would definitely stay here again.and in fact will look forward to it !! I really do not have anything negative to say it was a great four days! Thank you!

Charming stay

A very cute character house on a lovely street. The beds were fantastic, rooms were generous and comfortable. Bedding, linens, and towels were all freshly laundered and seemed new. There were lots of little touches through the house that made the stay much more comfortable. Toiletries, food containers in the kitchen, great parking.

We had a great stay in Akron. Super close to downtown Akron and downtown Cuyahoga falls. Convenient drive to Cleveland. Jack was so responsive and helpful our whole stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Great stay!

THE UNIT WAS GREAT. OWNER WAS GREAT.

The house was very clean, smelled great. Was fully stocked with many amenities, more than we’ve ever seen in any VRBO properties. We were more than pleased. We would definitely rent this place again. He checked in with us constantly to see if we needed any thing else.

Excellent stay!

My daughter and I were very comfortable at this property for our week long stay. It is super clean and is very conveniently located near the Highway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the food we bought, and there were lots of clean towels available for us. Communication from Jack was fantastic, and he provided very clear instructions and great tips for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. we would definitely stay here again if in the Akron area. Thanks, Jack!

Had to change plans

We had to change our plans multiple times due to our daughter having a serious injury. We needed to cancel at the last minute and the manager was not responsive and would not refund ANY of money. Not even a partial refund. We went ahead and went to the property and there was no way I would have left my car parked outside in that neighborhood.

Beautiful and clean home in convenient Akron location

My wife and I were in Akron attending a wedding, and this house was very conveniently located near friends and family and right off the highway. Check-in didn’t go perfectly as one of the automatic door locks didn’t accept the provided code, but there are two doors with automatic locks, and the code worked on the other door on the first try. We communicated the problem with our host, Jack, and he was very friendly and coordinated stopping by the house to fix the other lock. We were present at the house when he came by, and he was pleasant and friendly, and was able to resolve the problem with the lock quickly. Aside from the problem we had with the door lock, the house was otherwise very clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are firm memory foam mattresses, and we slept wonderfully on them. We didn’t sleep in the upstairs bedroom, but it is exceptionally spacious with a nice work area. My wife and I would definitely consider renting this property again every time we visit friends and family in Akron in the future.

Charming, and perfect location for our visit

We were visiting Ohio to see family and needed something centrally located that gave the kids (and us!) their own rooms after staying in hotels for the first 4 days of the trip. There weren't many options in the area and we didn't want to spend another week in a hotel, and Jack's place was in the perfect location for our visit and was super cute. I grabbed it as soon as I saw it. In addition to giving us a place to stretch out and get comfortable, it was conveniently located for our time in the area. The house had everything we needed - we were even able to make grandpa's favorite potato salad for his birthday - and Jack was responsive and friendly. The house has a lot of character and the master bedroom upstairs was extremely spacious. All the beds were comfy, we had fresh towels and they even left us some coffee and supplies for the Keurig :) We happened to be there for some amazing weather and since we had just come from Arizona, we were so glad to be able to turn off the air conditioning and sleep with the windows open. Overall, it was perfect for us and the price was right. Thanks!
