Es una encantadora casa independiente en 2 niveles, a 200 metros del centro de la ciudad, el famoso Cours Mirabeau.
Hay estacionamiento gratuito disponible para caminar por las calles y pasear por las maravillosas plazas de la ciudad. Restaurantes, bares, museos, mercados están a pie o en 'diabline' (pequeño vehículo eléctrico colectivo).
La casa está totalmente equipada para 4 personas con 2 dormitorios independientes, 2 baños y 3 aseos, una cocina totalmente equipada y una gran sala de estar con balcón (sin mencionar un sistema de aire acondicionado para cada nivel y conexión a internet y teléfono), exposición hacia el oeste
Todo el equipamiento es nuevo. Puede tomar una copa en la pequeña terraza del dormitorio principal o sentarse en una de las bonitas plazas de la ciudad.
Cerca hay una línea de autobús que lo llevará al pie de magníficos paseos en el sitio de Cézanne.
Los mercados (frutas y verduras, antigüedades, ropa de segunda mano) están a 200 metros, así como el teatro Jeu de Paume. Un poco más lejos, el GTP o Grand Théâtre de Provence, el distrito de Mazarin y la zona peatonal del antiguo Aix.
En Cours Mirabeau, muchas terrazas, así como una gran área con comida.

Esta es una hermosa casa de 3 pisos en el centro de Aix-en-Provence ...

En la planta superior, se encuentra el dormitorio principal, con una cama para 2 y su propio baño (bañera, lavabo, inodoro). Podrá disfrutar del sol en la terraza, relajado en una tumbona.

El segundo piso es la sala de estar. La cocina (con estufa, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera) es una invitación a cocinar deliciosas comidas y disfrutarlas en la gran mesa de comedor (4 a 6 personas) en la sala de estar al lado. En esta sala (con otra terraza !!) Te tomarás el tiempo de escuchar un poco de música, navegar en Internet o mirar televisión en el sofá. También tiene en este piso un baño (inodoro y lavadora) Esos 3 pisos cuentan con aire acondicionado.

El primer piso tiene otro dormitorio (cama para 2) y su propio baño (ducha, lavabo e inodoro).

Esta casa está en el centro de Aix-en-Provence. ¡Dentro de 5 minutos (a pie) le encantará el mercado de agricultores, los museos, el famoso Cours Mirabeau! Y para ir un poco más lejos, el 'diabline' (un pequeño automóvil eléctrico) lo llevará a donde quiera.
En el camino hacia el descubrimiento de esta hermosa ciudad, podrá disfrutar de deliciosos restaurantes ...
Mientras estés aquí, podrías incluso (¡y es algo que debes hacer!) ve a visitar la montaña Saint-Victoire para un recuerdo increíble :)

Location was absolutely ideal if you're driving in and need a place to park - with the spot right out front and the apartment being just at the edge of the pedestrian only area. Very well appointed apartment.

This property was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect….very close to the main shopping area and several great restaurants. Georges and his wife were so kind and sweet, they even gave wine and treats upon arrival. It was a wonderful visit in Provence and am so happy we stayed at this property.

Great stay in Aix en Provence

We were delighted with the property as it was very clean, as described and in an ideal location to walk around historic Aix en Provence. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal to visit other local highlights such as Gordes.

Wonderful stay

We had a very nice stay in this house with two couples for 4 nights. The kitchen and living area were extremely comfortable and it was great to sit on the balconies. The area is very walkable but having parking is also great! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in Aix and this apartment was a highlight. The location was perfect - nicely located away from the hubbub of the center but just a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well-stocked and Georges was a wonderful host, providing great suggestions about places to visit and meeting us upon arrival to orient us to the unit. Highly recommended!

Our home in Aix

We enjoyed the convenient location of the home to the shopping areas and it also was convenient for trips outside of Aix. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony as the sun was setting. The home was comfortable and cozy and our hostess was delightful and always available to answer any questions we had.

The outside of the building is not impressive, but don’t let that deter you - the inside is great, functional and comfortable. Very clean; many thoughtful extras provided by host. Great communication by host from booking to arrival, very helpful on all accounts. Excellent location! Easily walkable to Old City centre, and rue d’Italie with lots of restaurants. Plus, Route B of the Diabline (Old City mini-bus, inexpensive) runs right past the door - great for accessing other city areas. Aix is a beautiful city - thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Wonderful spot!

This was an amazing property situated perfectly with access to the city center, parking which was key, and easy access to get out of town when desired. The apartment appears minimalist in the photos but in fact it has everything needed for a stay in Aix. Even a terrace for an apero in the evenings! And there’s a great restaurant just a few steps away from the door. George and his wife were fantastic hosts. We will return here next time we are in Aix!

Central hot spot

Excellent location and outstanding, safe and secure onsite parking in front of the house. Walking to dinner, restaurants, markets and bars within 10 minutes. Georges home was central for our excursions to Cassis, Avignon and other fascinating and interesting drives in our Alfa Romeo Molodia. Highly recommend. Very responsive and congenial host. Thank you for sharing your lovely space!

Fantastic apartment

We loved staying in George's apartment. The location was fantastic. It was very close to the main shopping and restaurant area but on a quiet street. There was parking, which was great since we had a rental car. Also, George was very nice. He gave us a lot of info. and left snacks and a bottle of wine. The air conditioning worked really well, which was appreciated since it was August and hot. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect family stay in Aix-en-Provence

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It is just a quick five minute walk or so to the Cours Mirabeau. It’s very close to the Tuesday and Thursday markets. The property owner George was really friendly and helpful. He met us when we got there to let us in and show us around the property. Most important to us was the washer and dryer because we packed light. The kitchen is useful too, and everything was very clean. The restaurant next door has very nice lunch offerings. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Aix.

The perfect base for our Provence visit

We really enjoyed being located in the centre of Aix for seven days. The apartment was excellent for those wanting to experience the vibrancy of this city, walking around it with ease. Georges and his daughter were excellent hosts, explaining the apartment amenities and those of the Aix generally. The apartment was very clean and tidy with lots of space to spread out for a long visit and feel at home. The parking outside the apartment was very convenient so we could travel out to other areas of Provence with no difficulty. We highly recommend!

Perfect location, Perfect Host, Perfect Stay

We wish we had booked more time here. The place is large and roomy, clean and exceptionally maintained, and very well furnished with everything we could need. We loved having both a washer and dryer as well as bedrooms on separate levels and having a private parking space/driveway was just so convenient. Although we were in the edge of the Historic City Centre and could easily walk to everything, being able to jump in the car was a pleasant convenience. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and we spent a very comfortable 3 nights but should have spent a week. There was so much more to do in this town then we imagined.

Perfect place for four

Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable American English. We were well looked after. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home in Provence. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location and accommodations

Close to center of old city by foot. Quiet at night. Wonderful bath tub. AC in every room. Everything worked from washer dryer wi fi connection and all appliances. Host, Georges, very pleasant to work with. Note:Two luggage racks would have been appreciated and a chest of drawers. We had to work out of our luggage on the floor. But this is a very sweet flat!

Perfect Location with a Super Host

A friend and I stayed at Miollis House for 7 nights. It is a perfect location on the edge of the city center, within walking distance of most sites. Georges is a very kind and responsive host. We needed a tire repair and Georges escorted us through town on his motorbike to a repair shop. He wants to be sure you have a great stay in Aix. He is also very quick to respond. I think it is best for 2 to 3 adults. Four might be a bit crowded. Cuisine de Comptoir next door was a delicious bonus.

Perfect Place for Provence Exploration

What a lovely way to embrace yourself in the charm of Aix-en-Provence and the Provence region! Why not live like the French for a week or two? My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this VRBO. We enjoyed picking up breakfast at a nearby boulangerie and eating it back at our place with delicious coffee that our host provided. The parking space that comes with this VRBO is perfect with easy access to the circular road that goes around the old town. Provence is truly a gorgeous area to explore. The extra bedroom was perfect for when my sister joined us on our France trip. We highly recommend this place! Georges and his daughter Marie were the perfect hosts. Very helpful!

Fantastic Apartment

We have been travelling for 2 1/2 months in Europe and this apartment was our favourite. Georges was really good at communicating with us right from the time we booked. He came to meet us when we arrived and gave us an introduction to the apartment and the area. He was great! The location is excellent - just down the road from the old town. The parking is literally right outside the front door. The apartment is very modern with all the amenities and the whole place just has a welcoming feel to it. Air con is awesome (we needed it!), The only slight oddity was the showers - the one downstairs is very small/cramped and the one upstairs is over the bath but it's hand held and there is no shower curtain so you actually have to sit in the bath to have a shower. But, honestly - that was a minor - the apartment was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again.
