Private terrace on the ground floor of the gîte. Private parking space. Ground in common with the second accommodation. Contemporary gîte enjoying a privileged location 8 km from the alpine ski slopes, in the heart of Aillon-le-Jeune, a typical village of Bauges. Outdoor terrace with southern exposure. Neat, warm, cozy decoration giving charm and a mountain atmosphere to the cottage. Immediate environment of quality. Common outdoor area. Very comfortable cottage located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Many summer-winter family resorts nearby: Les Aillons Margeriaz at 8 km, Savoie Grand Revard at 23 km. Lescheraines lake 13 km away. Direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Possibility to rent the two lodgings of the house for a total capacity of 10 people.
