This holiday rental for 8 people, adjoining the owners' house. 45km south of Toulouse, in Lauragais, with a lovely view of the Pyrenees on the south side and a bowling alley, welcomes you in an environment conducive to rest and relaxation. Nailloux is 7km away (lake, brand village, shops, restaurants, market), Auterive is 12km away (tree climbing park, canoeing, tool museum) and the Canal du Midi is 15km away (bike or walking tours, boat cruises, UNESCO world heritage, the Way of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle) as is Saverdun (department of Ariège). On the ground floor: large living room with a kitchenette (3 induction hobs, fridge, pyrolysis oven, microwave, coffee pod and filter coffee maker), a back kitchen (baby chair and bed, raclette machine, fondue machine, crepe party, beer machine, ice maker), a dining room and a lounge area. Pantry, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer), closet, bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) and shower room/WC accessible to disabled people. Upstairs (reversible air conditioning in each room): 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (1 double bed 16cm) (2 single beds 90cm), shower room, separate WC with washbasin.
