The house is in the middle of an estate of 4 acres in the village of Ziria,10km from the town of Aigio and 25km from the city of Patras. It is very warm and pleasant, decorated with a simple, minimal, rustic style. It provides an excellent view to the mountain and to the sea, located on a slope full of olive trees, 2km from the sea side.Ideal for sea enthusiasts and mountain lovers.If you are interested in archaeological sites, daily excursions can be organised to Delphi, Olympia and Epidavros.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
