Enjoyed short stay in the hotel. Was clean and staff were helpful. Wasn’t impressed by some of the guests standing and eating around the buffet food when there were tables available. Customer service is excellent, breakfast was nice, location is great, hotel claims to be a 5 star but the rooms don’t justify the 5 star tag, A/c vents are dirty and rooms have musty smell, had to change room the same night due to the bad odor from the vents since we had a baby less than a year old, the manager was kind and helped us change the room upstairs since it was available, the rooms however needs to have A/c tune up or replaced
