Great choice

Perfect stay. Lovely property. Very comfortable and relaxing. Worth staying outside the busy main street of Ahangama. Excellent breakfast, very generous.

Beautiful.

It's a fabulous place. Beautiful rooms and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely, a bit fiddly with the coffee machine but no complaints. I was disappointed having arrived at 8.30pm that the 'all day dining' wasn't available. There wasn't any indication of the closing time on the website for evening meal. Had I known I would have eaten on the way. So perhaps make that clear on any booking in future.

This properly was beautiful, can’t recommend enough. Room was amazing and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Only a 7 minute tuk tuk from the beach.

Wir verbringen gerade einige Tage in der Villa Alba. Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen ich je war! Das offene Design, mitten in der Natur, eins mit der Umgebungen und den dort lebenden Tieren - es ist einmalig. Es ist total ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nicht weit zum Stadtkern. Die Zimmer sind super groß, bequeme Betten, man hat alles, was notwendig ist. Das Personal ist so lieb und zuvorkommend. Unsere Reise verspätete sich aufgrund des Fluges etwas, aber der liebe Sicherheitsmann hat uns nachts noch die Türe geöffnet. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr hilfsbereit und planen sofort, wenn es Bedarf gibt. Roller, Flughafentaxi etc alles kein Problem! Sie sind sehr freundlich und haben stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Ich liebe das Anwesen total und finde es toll, dass das Hotel Obst Gemüse etc. lokal bezieht bzw. selbst anbaut. Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch Abendessen/à la carte Essen, ist super. Auch positiv anzumerken ist, dass es sehr sauber und hygienisch ist. Da das Hotel nur fünf Zimmer hat, ist es immer relativ ruhig. 10/10 - ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!! 🌴🙏

The best hotel I’ve stayed at! Felt more like a private villa the whole time. Spotlessly clean, spacious and truly laxorious rooms. The pool and the living areas so beautiful and relaxing. The food, amazing! Best breakfasts we had in Sri Lanka. Ate also every vegetarian option and almost every seafood option from the menu - everything was so fresh and delicious. The breakfast coffee was the best coffee I had in Sri Lanka. The staff is so discreet and helpful, always smiling. This is truly a 5 star experience and I hope to be back sooner rather than later!
