En general correcto. Podría puntuarse mejor de no ser por la poca empatía mostrada por el propietario. Llegamos tarde al check in y nos reclamaron 15 euros. Es cierto que en las indicaciones de la reserva figuraba esa posibilidad, pero el propietario no sé intereso en conocer la causa de la demora (problema mecánico)
