ArtOikia is an exclusive complex of three villas, each offering a tranquil retreat with uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea. Set in a quiet and relaxing location, the villas provide complete privacy and a serene escape in nature.



Ammos Villa accommodates up to four guests, blending modern design with subtle traditional touches. The villa features a light-filled open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.



Outdoors, the private pool is surrounded by sunbeds and lounge areas, while a terrace with a dining table and electric grill provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, allowing guests to fully enjoy the Cretan lifestyle.

Ammos Villa is near Agios Pavlos Beach, known for its pristine waters, and close to the most famous south coast beaches of Rethymno. My wife and I very much enjoyed this villa. If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway, this is it. The villa is somewhat remote but well worth the drive. The views are amazing and the location is very quiet. The property managers are excellent and very responsive.
