Villa PACY boasts top class amenities, including premium bedding, designer furniture, spacious living area and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the ocean, or stroll down to the sandy beach just steps away. The interior is beautifully appointed with modern finishes, ensuring your stay will be as comfortable as it is stylish.


At your arrival, I will be pleased to meet and greet you, show you around the property, and provide useful information about the villa to help you settle in comfortably. However, in case of late arrival or any other unforeseen circumstances, I will send detailed self-check-in instructions to ensure that you have a smooth check-in experience.

During your stay, I will always be available to answer any questions you may have about the villa therefore please don't hesitate to reach out to me via phone or message.

As a local expert, I would also love to share with you my personal recommendations for the best things to do and visit in the area. The villa is located just 100 metres away from a beautiful sandy beach (Mair beach). Another nearby organised beach is Alaminos beach (2km).

Zygi village which has a beautiful marina and many fish taverns is 10 minutes away.

Kiti village which has all amentities you may need is 15 minutes away.

Larnaca airport is 25 minutes away.
