We had a one-bedroom seaview suite that was spacious and charming with a small balcony. View is stunning! Bedroom was large with nice linens and pillows. Closet had lots of hangers. Bathroom had shampoo and bath gel. Kitchen was ample and had enough supplies for holiday needs. Even a mini bar (for a fee). A/c was efficient and great. Daily housekeeping provided.

Very loud. Difficult to sleep

Great location. And we got it for super cheap since it is low season. But the club downstairs owned by the safe company had very loud music till 1 or 2 am. The entire room was vibrating due to it. The bed is on a platform which is very easy to fall off in he middle of the night when walking. The lightning is quite dim which felt a bit depressing, and makes it difficult to see at night.

Fab location, airy apartment and stunning sea view

This was our second stay at the Palazzo. It’s a stone’s throw from all that Agios Nikolaos has to offer. We also enjoyed several half hour strolls to the beautiful sandy Alymnos beach. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and really friendly and helpful staff! We loved it that much we decided to stay another night, which there were no rooms left when we asked but when we went to check out we were informed that there was now a room free. Even though there are restaurants just outside, we hardly heard anything when going to sleep. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay and would certainly stay here again. The apartment is in a great location opposite the beach with a choice of a dozen restaurants/bars within yards of the apartment. The town centre, shops, harbour and marina are all within a few minutes walk. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The staff were friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. We would recommend the apartments highly.

Very pleasant hotel with great location

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was expensive but delicious. The only downsides are the noise from the sea front which makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open so you have to rely on the air con.

A true find

This is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikilaos, especially if you're looking for immediate beach access and lots of room to spread out. We love finding apartment-like rooms whenever we travel, and Palazzo Arhontiko comes as close as any. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

Most Dollars for your Comfort

The people were very friendly, the room was breath taking and the bed was sooo comfortable. My girlfriend and I ensured we left with the name of the mattress and pillows and ordered them online. Only down fall was the breakfast that came with it, it was nice if you like fruit, bread, jam and one hard boiled/half hard boiled egg. But over all, I will diffenetly stay there again and again. Location was right across from the beach and behind the main harbor. Noise was a little loud, but A/C and WIFI were awesome there. Weather was great. If you go to this area, this is a hotel for you!

I had a great stay at the Palazzo, and greatly appreciated the big bath tub, comfy bed, and beautiful view. Breakfast was quite nice, and all my questions/needs were promptly cared for.
