Studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrace FGH. 2Nd floor without lift, interior side, west-facing. Living room with 140cm bed and fan. Kitchen area with microwave, toaster, kettle, hoover... Bathroom with WC. No terrace. Parking n°17.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions.
