Sky-high ceilings, an entrance hall that leads to a formal lounge of impressive dimensions, a separate dining room, and a contemporary kitchen welcome you inside. Traditional Baltic pine floorboards are featured throughout this lovely home.
The stunning open-plan kitchen has a wide central island bench, Caesar Stone counters, stainless steel appliances, large white tile flooring, and a glass splashback. For wine enthusiasts, the sizeable wine rack is ideal for entertaining. A comfortable powder room with a second toilet is situated downstairs.
Three spacious bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom features a gorgeous chandelier and double-glazed French doors that open to a personal balcony. The third bedroom has mirrored robes. A chic central bathroom with a marble floor and a semi-frameless shower alcove serves the upstairs.
